Chilltime is seeking a community-focused professional to serve as the vital connection between our players and development team for World War Online - an epic strategy game that has welcomed thousands of players from around the world.
You'll engage directly with our truly global player base (no country >10%), analyze support tickets and feedback, test features before release, and communicate updates through social media, forums, and in-game channels. Your insights will drive product improvements and strengthen our exceptional player relationships. ๐ค

Responsibilities
๐ค Lead player engagement - Be the direct contact with the community through forums, online chats, and communication channels๐ Analyze support tickets and player feedback - Uncover insights, patterns, and opportunities for improvement๐งช Test features in staging and test environments - Validate new features before release and provide quality feedback๐ข Communicate game updates - Create and publish social media posts, forum announcements, and in-game communications๐ Understand player pain points - Analyze player data and engagement metrics to identify behavioral changes and friction๐ฏ Triage and prioritize issues - Notify the development team of critical issues and help prioritize fixes based on player impactRequirements
